Standard Codes and Values

Standards that define the possible values for common data types used in all APIs.
Country
ISO 3166-1 Alpha 2 is the standard used for country codes, see ISO 3166-1 Alpha-2 codes for further reference.
Currency
ISO 4217 alphabetic code is the standard used for currency codes, see ISO 4217 for further reference.
While ISO 4217 defines COP as having 2 decimal places in practice these are not used. Amounts in COP must be an integer amount with no decimal places.
